By accessing or using BJJ Map ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BJJ Map is a free, community-driven directory of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts academies in Australia. The Service allows users to browse academy listings, submit their own listings for review, and leave ratings and reviews.

3. User Accounts

To submit a listing or leave a review, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Academy Listings

When submitting an academy listing, you agree that:

• You are authorised to represent the academy (e.g., you are the owner, manager, or have been given permission)
• All information provided is accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge
• Listings are subject to review and approval before appearing on the public map
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any listing at our discretion
• Editing your listing may require re-approval before it appears on the map again

5. Reviews and User Content

When leaving reviews or comments, you agree to:

• Provide honest and fair feedback based on genuine experience
• Not post defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
• Not post fake reviews or reviews for academies you have not visited
• Not use reviews for advertising or spam purposes

We reserve the right to remove any review or user content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure information on BJJ Map is accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listings, reviews, or other content on the Service. Academy details are provided by gym owners and the community. We recommend contacting academies directly to confirm details before visiting.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

BJJ Map is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
